Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing our digital products and services. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase. This policy is incorporated into and forms part of the Single Project Use License agreement provided with your purchase.
Digital Product & Service Nature
All products sold on this website are digital goods and/or custom digital services, including but not limited to:
- • Website source code
- • System configurations
- • Digital files
- • Deployment services
Important: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once delivery or access has been provided, unless stated otherwise. "Delivery" means the point at which files are made available for download, access is granted, or services are completed and confirmed via email or your account.
All prices are listed in USD. Payments are processed via Stripe, and any currency conversion fees are the buyer's responsibility.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
- The product was not delivered as described
- Duplicate payment was made in error
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase (or delivery, whichever is later for services). For approved refunds, we may offer alternatives such as partial refunds, store credit, or product exchanges at our discretion to resolve issues amicably.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Lack of technical knowledge to use the product
- Failure to deploy due to third-party services (hosting, Stripe, APIs, etc.)
- Custom work, modifications, or add-ons
- Delays caused by missing client information
- Technical issues arising from modifications to the original code or integrations with other systems
- Future compatibility issues, updates, or changes in third-party technologies, as no major updates or ongoing support are provided
Once source code or files are delivered, the purchase is considered fulfilled.
Custom & Personalized Projects
All custom or personalized services are strictly non-refundable once work has commenced.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting support first is a violation of this policy and may result in service suspension and loss of access to all purchased products and licenses.
International Considerations and Waivers
By purchasing, you consent to immediate delivery of digital content and waive any statutory withdrawal rights (e.g., under EU Consumer Rights Directive or similar laws) that might otherwise apply to non-digital goods. Refunds, if approved, will be processed in the original currency and payment method within 10 business days.
Amendments and Force Majeure
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time, with changes effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our products after updates implies acceptance. We are not liable for delays or non-performance due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, server outages).
Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Malaysia.
